DuPont sustainable solutions introduces incident investigation training series

DuPont Sustainable Solutions has released a new four-part training series on incident investigations. Available on DVD and as online courses, the Incident Investigation series is designed to help organizations hone their analytical and practical skills to improve the quality of safety investigations and better manage workplace risks.

The series follows a group of employees as they conduct an investigation that is presented in four parts as follows:

* Incident Investigation: Recommendations, Communication and Follow-Up shows how key contributing factors have to be corrected or prevented, explains how lessons learned, priorities, and expectations must be disseminated throughout the organization, and lists follow-up procedures from creating action plans to monitoring procedures.
