URACA announces the acquisition of DYNAJET
On September 24, URACA GmbH & Co. KG purchased the Nürtingen based DYNAJET GmbH. The acquisition is a Win - Win for both firms. Mr. Gunter Stoehr, CEO of URACA GmbH & Co. KG, commented „our product portfolios compliment eachother perfectly.“ Together the firms set new standards and offer a complete product line of mobile high pressure cleaning systems from 150 bar up to high end ultra high pressure systems.“ We are now in a better position to achieve long term goals in the high pressure cleaning market,“ continued Mr. Stoehr.
URACA and DYNAJET are both originally from the same State in Germany, Baden-Württemberg, and have been cooperating on the market for a long time. DYNAJET already installs URACA quality high pressure plunger pumps in their high pressure cleaning units. Gunter Stoehr is confident, „with DYNAJET we have acquired a high value designer and manufacturer of professional high pressure water cleaning systems. Herewith, we strategically expand our complete product and power portfolio.“
DYNAJET will remain an independent brand and DYNAJET employees will continue to develop and manufacture in the existing headquarters in Nürtingen. Customers will benefit from the cooperative experience and competence of both firms. Andreas Fellman, Manager of DYNAJET, is very happy: „Via URACA, DYNAJET gains an enormous development and innovation potential. Customers will benefit from the expanded offering of products and applications.“
The German pump manufacturer, with a 125 years history, greatly expands its market penetration with the acquisition of DYNAJET. DYNAJET, formed in 2001, designs and develops high pressure tools and systems for many industries and applications, from gum removal to cleaning heavy machinery to concrete removal. The pressure range of applications goes from 150 to 3,000 bar. DYNAJET high pressure tools and systems universally apply to a wide variety of uses for many industries like construction, surface removal, cleaning contractors, ports as well as agriculture and forestry.
URACA is a tradition rich commercial enterprise, formed in the town of Bad Urach in 1893. Today, the privately held mid- size company employs about 330 workers of which 21 are apprentices. Annual sales are approximately 70 million Euro with more than 70% coming from exports. URACA pumps are used all over the world in a myriad of applications especially the petrochemical and heavy industry. The primary focus of URACA is the design, construction of high pressure plunger pumps and pump systems for pressures up to 3,000bar and motor ratings up to 2600kW as well as complex high pressure cleaning systems.
