Linde Engineering appoint Carlos Conerly and Arturo Puigbo to executive positions

Linde Engineering North America (LENA) announces Carlos Conerly has joined LENA as President of the Natural Gas and Refining Division and Arturo Puigbo has joined as Vice President of Sales and Technology for the Natural Gas and Refining Division.

Conerly brings 37 years of experience to LENA and Puigbo has 25 years of expertise. Both executives will be located in the company’s Tulsa office.

Conerly will report directly to President and CEO Jason Cooper and will join LENA’s Executive Leadership Team. Over his nearly four decades of experience, Conerly has led teams in sales, marketing, strategic planning, engineering, design, fabrication and construction of process plants for the oil, natural gas and refining industries. His previous roles include positions with Thomas Russell, Exterran and most recently ISTI Plant Services. 

Puigbo will report to Conerly and will relocate to Tulsa from Houston. His experience is in engineering, field services, sales and management. He most recently worked for Cameron/Schlumberger as Global Director of Midstream and previously held positions with Bechtel Corporation, Merichem Chemicals, Exterran and Petroleos de Venezuela. Puigbo is also coauthor of a U.S. patent.
