PMFG Inc to build new manufacturing facility in Denton, Texas

PMFG Inc conducted a ceremonial groundbreaking at the construction site of its new 80,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Denton, Texas. CBRE represented Peerless Mfg. Co in the acquisition of approximately 33 gross acres in Denton County.

"We continue to see growth in demand for our environmental and process products equipment both domestically and internationally. This growth is attributed in large part to the role that natural gas will play in meeting future energy requirements. The new facility to be located in Denton, Texas, will expand our existing manufacturing capabilities in the United States and support our global supply chain needs," according to Peter Burlage, Chief Executive Officer of PMFG. When fully operational the facility anticipates employing over 150 people.
