Downstream Asia in Singapore to look at optimization of refinery operations

The optimization of refinery and petrochemical operations, from the assets, to the staff, to the energy management of projects, is just some of the industry trends under the loop during the upcoming Downstream Asia conference and expo in Singapore in October. This leading oil and gas event will gather more than 600 key players and is part of Singapore International Energy Week.

As the largest downstream exhibition in Asia, we welcome industry stakeholders to come and share their experiences, to get insights and be informed of the latest case studies, projects and successes in the region and beyond?, says Marcus Magee, Downstream Asia?s event director.  He continues: in many of our expert presentations in October, varying in focus from strategy, processes and energy management, there is a common thread of optimising operations, of sweating the assets.

Downstream Asia presentations focusing on optimization include:
•  Key strategies for Asian refiners to sweat their assets
Robby Kambey, General Manager, PT Kreasindo Resources Indonesia

•  Catalysts to Optimize Hydrogen Production in the Refinery
