New CFO in Haldor Topsøe A/S effective as of February 1st 2013

Peter Rønnest Andersen has been named CFO of Haldor Topsøe A/S, effective February 1, 2013. Andersen joins Haldor Topsøe A/S from the Mærsk Group, where he served most recently as CFO of the Mærsk Line.

Clausen, CEO of Haldor Topsøe A/S.

Peter Rønnest Andersen joins Haldor Topsøe A/S from the Mærsk Group, where he was employed beginning in 1992, including two years as CFO of Mærsk Line, China; four years as CFO of Mærsk Contractors; and seven years as CFO of Mærsk Tankers. He holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Aarhus, supplemented with courses from the Pennsylvania State University in the USA, and an Executive MBA from IMD in Switzerland.

Peter Rønnest Andersen assumes the duties of CFO from Hans Kornerup, who is retiring from Haldor Topsøe A/S. Kornerup continues, however, as CFO of Haldor Topsøe Holding and will act as a consultant on special Topsøe projects.
