Elliott and Linde to cooperate on small-to mid-scale LNG business

Elliott Group and The Linde Group’s Engineering Division have entered into an agreement to cooperate in the small-to mid-scale LNG business. The parties have developed a highly standardized and modularized concept for the main refrigerant cycle compression section of Linde’s StarLNGTM plants ranging from 0.2 MMTPA to 1.3 MMTPA. The agreement enables Linde Engineering to significantly increase the speed to the market.

Marcus Lang, Executive Vice President of Product Line LNG and Natural Gas Processing at The Linde Group’s Engineering Division stated, “With this initiative we have further enhanced the degree of standardization of our StarLNGTM family which allows us to combine best-in-class quality with competitive pricing and attractive delivery times.”

John Rann, Vice President of Engineered Products at Elliott Group, expressed the company’s excitement to embark on this partnership with Linde. “We are delighted to support The Linde Group in their endeavors to further increase competitiveness with Elliott’s line of highly efficient, technically advanced centrifugal compressors, and our wealth of experience in refrigeration applications.”
