Four additional directors as Servomex undergoes major reorganisation
In an effort to streamline processes, pursue Operational Excellence and execute the outcomes of its internal strategic review, the global experts in gas analysis now have four new directors overseeing commercial, sustainable, strategy and sales operations.
Martin Cox has been appointed the new Commercial Director, responsible for all business units, research, manufacturing engineering and product compliance. Having been with the company for 40 years, starting as a 16-year-old electrical engineering apprentice and working across multiple departments and countries over the years, Martin and his management team will be tasked with monitoring and responding to major market changes within the industry.
Taking on the new role of Director of Sustainability and Strategic Projects is Mike Proctor, who will spearhead the delivery of the company’s net-zero aspirations, having been an active leader in the division for some time. His remit also includes ensuring the company’s products and applications can better assist Servomex customers to maximimse the efficiency of their operations and improve emissions to address the growing global demand for cleaner air.
Sang Won Park takes on the role of Global Sales Director, overseeing the market-to-order process. Having only been with Servomex for six years, he has risen from the Asia sales team to the IP&E business leader and will undertake his new global position in Asia to further enhance Servomex’s offering to the region and help align the company’s output to the needs of its existing and potential customers.
Sarah Chalk has been promoted to Director of Strategy and Marketing, ensuring Servomex meets its strategic objectives and develops its expertise. Having now worked for Servomex for 20 years, Sarah began her career as an electrical engineer and has worked in Asia and the US and is well-placed to drive key objectives for the company as it strives to maximise its operational efficiency.
All will report to Servomex’s President, Andy Cowan. Andy said: “This reorganization is the direct result of a major strategic review which has been undertaken to ensure all projects and operations are streamlined to maximise Operational Excellence. We believe this will further enhance best business practices and, as a direct result, our reputation as the global experts in gas analysis.
“I would like to extend my congratulations to each new director whom I am confident will help drive Servomex forward in each of their remits, and wish them all the very best in their new roles, which are well-deserved.”
