• Any chemical catalytic conversion technology for converting waste gases (rich in CO2, CO) to Ethanol? if yes please elaborate on capex, opex part and process philosophy to achieve more than 50% conversion?

  It is possible by growing wheat in a greenhouse in CO2 atmosphese, and wheat is converted to Ethanol. When you burn Ethanol, a lot of heat is released. If you want the revese process, you have to input the expensive energy. You can not cheat the nature.
