I'm a senior at a university majoring chemical engineering and I'm facing an interview with an oil refinery. I'm looking for materials that describe the structure and principles of the entire oil refinery and petrochemical production facilities. Please recommend articles or books that collect information on the level of college students to graduate students.

I recommend following Dr. Marcio Wagner Da Silva, MBA, on LinkedIn. You'll be able to find several articles on the topics you requested. Mr. Da Silva has also published a book with extensive information on refining and chemicals.

There is a very good summary, Petroleum Refining in Nontechnical Language, by Leffler. As a chemical engineering student you may prefer the the textbook, Petroleum Refining: Technology, Economics, and Markets (6th ed), by Kaiser, de Klerk, Gary, & Handwerk; in fact, the previous versions of this book is also VERY good. I use both books as the basis for a senior-level chemical engineering course at the Colorado School of Mines; I have an older version of my slides for the course at https://people.mines.edu/jjechura/petroleumrefining.
