Tracerco Profiler™ HMI
A Windows based application offering dynamic displays, diagnostics, trending, control and historical logging. The Profiler™HMI, is a ready-made graphical user interface that provides clear insight into your separation process while enabling efficient operation and control of the Profiler™GPS and the Profiler™TGA.
The displays available from the Profiler™HMI provide a ‘window’ into the vessel, allowing operators to visualize the process density distribution, bulk level information and alarm/diagnostic data. The Profiler™HMI also provides easy access to instrument status in real-time, allowing operators to make adjustments to the process should any anomalies occur.
A comprehensive playback facility can be incorporated as an option. This allows operators and engineers to review any display for any instrument over the previous 30 days to highlight particular events/alarms or playback process density distribution behavior.
Key features include:
Support for Multiple Instruments
Capable of presenting information and control for up to 10 networked Profiler™GPS and Profiler™TGA applications.
Detailed Diagnostics
Provides alarm and diagnostic information for operators, engineers and Tracerco support staff.
Full Calibration and Engineering Controls
Allows operators and engineering staff to review and update the calibration in line with process conditions using a tailormade interface.
Chronologic Alarm Handling
Individual and detailed alarm history provided for each instrument with acknowledgement and rest functionality.
