Servomex launches MultiExact 4100 multi-gas analyzer
Servomex, the global leader in gas analysis, has launched the SERVOPRO MultiExact 4100: a high-performance multi-gas analyzer offering up to four simultaneous digital gas stream measurements and configurable to a wide range of industrial gas and pharmacopeia applications.
The MultiExact 4100 utilizes Servomex’s world-leading range of digital sensor technologies to offer stable, selective measurements for a range of gases including oxygen, nitrogen, methane, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, nitrous oxide, argon and helium. Built-in support is also provided for the new Servomex AquaXact 1688 moisture sensor, further expanding the MultiExact 4100’s extensive range of measurement possibilities.
The successor to the successful SERVOPRO 4100 and SERVOPRO MultiExact 5400 multi-gas analyzers, and backwards compatible with installations utilizing these landmark products, MultiExact 4100 brings customers the improved measurement stability of digital sensor technologies alongside the new advances in communications and control. Operation is simple, offering users immediate access to control functions and data-rich reporting via a high-brightness color touchscreen display and an intuitive, icon-driven user interface.
A full range of analog and digital communications protocols, including 0-10V DC, 4-20mA, RS232, RS485, Serial Modbus, Ethernet Modbus TCP/IP and PROFIBUS, enable simple integration with new or existing analysis systems. Low cost of ownership is delivered through Servomex’s ultra-stable non-depleting digital sensing technologies, while an independent auto-calibration function helps keep operational and maintenance costs minimal.
The flexibility of MultiExact 4100 therefore makes it suitable for an extensive range of applications, particularly for pharmacopeia applications and in the production and distribution of industrial and medical gases.
