Considering the growing relevance of the Natural Liquefied Gas (NGL) to the oil and gas industry in recent years, the improvement and development of new fractionation and recovery of light hydrocarbons and condensates technologies has been in the target of the main technology licensors. Among the process technologies focused on this purpose it's possible to quote the Cryomax MRE Process developed by Technip Company and the LPR (Low Pressure Recovery) Process developed by Lummus Company. The very good article published in the Q4 2017 issue of PTQ Magazine (https://www.digitalrefining.com/article/1001427/processing-schemes-for-shale-gas-liquids-recovery) by Mr. Radia and Mr. Marco Grande presents some details and process arrangement capable of maximizing the performance of these processing units.
