Lamons focuses on engineered products
Lamons, a TriMas Corporation company, announced today that it is continuing to help customers reduce their fugitive emissions by increasing their awareness of the latest engineered products and techniques by hosting technical symposiums at various locations. Lamons is one of the largest gasket and bolt suppliers in the world servicing customers in the petroleum refining, petrochemical and other industrial markets.
The symposiums began in January and will continue through the end of March and are generally formatted for a half day (8 a.m. - 12 p.m.) program. Participants will learn about the latest in gasket and fastener fabrication and usage techniques. The focus of these symposiums is heavily geared toward engineering and technical topics so that the participant leaves with a firm grasp on gaskets and fasteners and how the components interact in a bolted joint assembly, therefore, increasing plant efficiency.
The remaining schedule includes selected dates for the following cities, close to our Lamons branch offices and co-sponsoring distributors in:
March 6: Borger, Texas (co-sponsored with GPI)
March 8: Houston, Texas
March 15: Collinsville, Illinois (co-sponsored with Pioneer Industrial)
March 22: Lake Jackson, Texas
March 22: Anchorage, Alaska
