BMZ will deliver air coolers to the high arctic region
The Bugulma Mechanical Plant in collaboration with the Trade and Technical House of JSC TATNEFT have won the tender and will deliver 9 air cooler sets of ABG-KBS-R model for OOO "LUKOIL - Western Siberia" to be used at the booster compressor station (BCS) of Nakhodkinsoye Field located in the Yamal Nenets Autonomous District of the Russian Federation.
Representatives of OOO "LUKOIL - Western Siberia" and ZAO "RusGasEngineering" Public Company visited the plant as part of the contract for the coolers manufacture to control the order execution.
The delegation got acquainted with the operating principle of the ordered modular type air-cooling vessels: starting with their design features to the choice of the equipment transport means. Special attention of the guests was attracted by the issues related to the plan of the blocks placement and execution deadlines.
Directly involved in the engineering design process of the gas cooling installation of the compressor boosting station is OOO "TyumenNIIgiprogaz", while OAO "VNIINEFTEMASH" (Moscow) and the NGO "Spetsneftehimmash" (Voronezh) jointly act as a technical project developer for the vessels under this order.
A specific feature of these vessels is that the units will not be paint covered but galvanized.
The plans provide for maximizing cooperation in terms of execution of the design decisions and supply of components during the implementation of the contract in accordance with the schedule.
