One week until Downstream Project Management in Frankfurt
Why projects go wrong? European project managers to discuss project management challenges and best practices in Frankfurt. With major projects in the downstream oil and gas recently launched both in Central Eastern Europe and the CIS, many companies have already faced significant delays and budget overruns, let alone region-specific difficulties stemming from the innate complexity of projects and common challenges in the downstream sector.
Moving along this path requires thorough preparations, including learning from those who already walked this way and faced the inherent risks and challenges.
Downstream Project Management is the platform focusing specifically on challenges and best practices in capital construction and project management around Europe.
5th annual event will kick off in 1 week in Frankfurt with over 150 delegates representing project owners and their peers from Eastern and Central Europe and Russia. It is an unprecedented B2B forum in terms of number and level of project owners.
Traditionally the conference agenda is built on practical case-studies and best practices and mixed with plenty of networking events and discussions. Downstream Project Management Awards ceremony will add a glamorous touch to the event and recognize best of the best in this year in three categories.
