GTC Technology signs MOU with Beijing Sanju for cooperation in sulfur removal technologies
GTC Technology US, LLC, a global licensor of innovative process technologies, process equipment technology and mass transfer solutions, is pleased to announce a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Beijing Sanju Environmental Protection and New Material Co., Ltd., for cooperation in sulfur removal technologies. Beijing Sanju is a publicly traded company in Beijing with extensive experience in developing catalysts and sorbents for sulfur removal applications.
The MOU expands GTC’s platform of acid gas removal technology, which currently includes GT-CO2â„ , a process technology for CO2 removal; GT-SSRâ„ , a Claus process for sulfur recovery with over 60 licenses; Crystasulf®, a liquid-phase Claus process technology for sulfur recovery; GT-DOSâ„ , an innovative direct oxidation technology; and GT-SPOC™, a key advancement in the Claus process. The MOU allows GTC to expand its offerings to applications of less than one ton/day of sulfur removal.
